Fayette County invites residents and community members to attend an Open House to learn about the Master Concept Plan for the Starr’s Mill Educational Facility. The open house will take place on Monday, December 8th, 2025, between 4:00pm and 6:00pm in the flex building at Starr’s Mill (115 Waterfall Way).

Guests are encouraged to drop in at any time during the event to review the displays, speak with the project team members, and to share feedback about the long-term vision. Fayette County is committed to thoughtful planning that reflects our community’s priorities and supports future growth.

The Master Concept Plan aims to guide future improvements and development of the Starr’s Mill Educational Facility, ensuring it continues to serve the community’s educational and recreational needs. The plan includes considerations for facility upgrades, campus circulation, access improvements, and opportunities to enhance public use and support continued excellence in learning and community engagement.
